Founding Fathers

Eminent personalities and flag bearers of the Nepalese - Marwari community in Nepal, Late Shri Bihari Lal Lath and Shri Bishwanath Shah are the founding fathers of Noble Textiles Pvt. Ltd. Under their able guidance and mentorship, second generation of entrepreneurs Shri Vinay Shah Marwari, Shri Ramesh Gadia and Shri Ganesh Lath are taking the organization forward.

 
 
Noble Textiles Founding Father Late Shri Bihari Lal Lath

Late ShrI Bihari Lal Lath

Swargiya Bihari Lal Lath established Ashok Trading Company Pvt. Ltd, which worked as the milestone for the Lath Family. Bihari Lal Ji contributed extensively to Birgunj Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Birgunj Jeetpur Gaushala and Marwari Samaj Sewak Sangh for more than 15 years in his own capacity. Later, along with few eminent members of the society, he founded the Relief Society of Commerce. He also founded Radha Devi Brij Lal Lath Sewa Trust, which has been well working for community welfare in education and health sector.

Presently his sons Mr. Ashok Prasad Lath and Mr. Ganesh Lath and grandsons Mr. Ashish Lath and Mr. Manish Lath are actively involved in various business including rice mill, food products, textiles and trading of multiple commodities.


LATE Shri biswanath Shah

Shri Biswanath shah is the founding father of Prestige Group. The group has been involved in creating marque brands such as Rara Chappal, Prestige Loop Mats, ST Carpets etc. Bauji, as he was fondly called, has been a constant source of inspiration for the community. He contributed to the society through Samparpan Sewa Sansthan and other NGOs he supported all his life. Samarpan Sewa Sansthan has been actively involved in developing hospitals, dharmshalas, schools and colleges, water huts, old age homes etc.

Presently his sons Mr. Binay Kumar Shah and Mr. Birendra Shah are actively involved in managing group's business and are also a part of various management committees of charitable organizations, schools and colleges.
